STEP 14 - MOUTH SORES

Mouth sores, also referred to as canker sores or mouth ulcers, are another very common side effect of treatment. These occur when the white blood cells that make up the lining of the mucus membranes in the mouth are destroyed by the treatment. It is very important before undergoing treatment to select toothpastes and mouth rinses that are as gentle as possible.

PROTECTIVE BLEND TOOTHPASTE

PROTECTIVE BLEND fluoride-free Natural Whitening Toothpaste combines the protective benefits of the Protective Blend Essential Oil with other natural ingredients that help clean teeth, reduce plaque, and whiten teeth with gentle polishing agents. The blend of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary Essential Oils provides an extra cleaning boost.

PRIMARY BENEFITS

  • Myrrh Essential Oil has a soothing and numbing effect on the mouth and gums.

  • Peppermint Essential Oil, combined with Protective Blend, leaves your breath cinnamon-mint fresh.

  • Calcium hydroxyapatite has been clinically shown to support strong and healthy-looking teeth.

  • Natural xylitol sweetener tastes great while helping to keep the teeth and gums clean.

  • Hydrated silica is a natural abrasive that helps remove plaque and tooth stains, but is gentle enough to not damage tooth enamel.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply a pea-size amount of paste to moistened toothbrush. Brush gently, preferably after each meal and in the morning and at night, or use as directed by a dentist or physician.

For even greater results, follow with a mouthwash of one drop of Protective Blend Essential Oil mixed in 8 oz. of water. Swish vigorously in mouth for one minute and rinse.
